[Minimalist Running] Vivobarefoot
I'm fairly enthusistic about minimalist running. While I don't think it is for everyone, I do believe that it poses some great benefit for some. Either way, some evidence of striking patterns and gait mechanics are quite visual. Whether this is dangerous is yet to be fully appreciated, given the scarcity of evidence based medical literature availble.
I am a fan of Vivobarefoot. They make quality shoewear. This is a promotional advertisment, but serves a purpose of perspective.
